Head of Human Resource

Claire Muyama Nataka is the Head of Human Resource at First Trust Finance Services.

She has over 15 years’ experience in managing organizational performance, and resource optimization enabling organizations grow in a sustainable way by getting value from the investment in Human Capital. Passionate about staff development, a coach, talent developer and a change enabler.

Managed talent at Stanbic bank Cameroon Ltd and participated in implementation of structural changes that enabled BRAC Cameroon Bank transform from a Micro Finance to a tier 2 bank.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources, a post graduate Diploma in Human Resources and a bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences. She has several other trainings which include: Leadership Development, Management Essentials, Finance for non-Finance Officers, Certificate as a coach, Certificate Training Design and Delivery. She also has acquired training in Flawless Consulting, Change Management, counselling and Project Management.
