Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs

Percy Paul Lubega is now the Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs at First Trust Finance Services.

He has over 15 years’ experience in Marketing and Business Development for Financial Institutions. Percy has vast experience in research for Financial Institutions, product development, Branding and communication. Percy participated in the transformation of Cameroon Microfinance Union to Cameroon Microfinance Limited (MDI) and later the transformation of UML to Equity Bank Ltd.

Previously, he served as Marketing Manager in Equity Bank Cameroon. He also served as Marketing Manager of Centenary Bank and later Chief Manager Business Development in Centenary Bank before joining First Trust Finance Services.

Percy holds an MBA (Marketing) from Cameroon Martyrs University Nkozi and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education(Economics) from Makerere University.
